About Caitlin Schropp

Caitlin Schropp is an associate in the Ottawa office of Gowling WLG, called to the Ontario Bar in 2022, representing early to mid‑career progression. She practices in civil litigation and administrative law, with a particular focus on international trade, customs, privacy and access to information. She advises on trade compliance, sanctions and disputes, and represents clients in privacy and regulatory matters. She holds a JD with a certificate in Law and Technology. She volunteers with Pro Bono Students Canada and is a member of the Ontario Bar and the Association of Lawyers working in trade and privacy matters.
