About Michael S. Polowin

Michael S. Polowin is a partner and leader of the national municipal law group at Gowling WLG in Ottawa, with more than 40 years of experience in municipal, planning, development, expropriation and real property law. He provides strategic advice and represents major developers and clients before courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Land Tribunal.
