About Wendy J. Wagner

Wendy J. Wagner is a partner at Gowling WLG and currently heads the firm’s International Trade and Customs Group while co‑leading its Cybersecurity and Data Protection practice, demonstrating seniority and cross‑disciplinary leadership. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2002, she advises on customs, trade remedies, sanctions, import/export controls, privacy, AI/data policies and breach response. She serves on the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Advisory Committee, the Canadian Council on International Law planning committee, and is a member of International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
