About Nicolas Joubert

Nicolas Joubert is a partner at MLT Aikins and a member of the firm’s technology, intellectual property and privacy practice. He advises clients on IT procurement, software licensing, outsourcing, digital transformation and the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions. Nicolas holds certificates in negotiating and drafting IT agreements and intellectual property licensing from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a member of the Canadian Technology Law Association and the Manitoba Association of AI Professionals, and is called to the bar in both Manitoba and Ontario.
