About Elyse Bouey

Elyse Bouey is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s business law group in Calgary, with a practice focused on energy regulation, environmental, administrative and Indigenous law. She advises clients on major energy, power and infrastructure projects across Canada, developing regulatory strategies, supporting Indigenous engagement and securing project approvals. Her experience spans renewable and conventional energy, oil and gas, pipelines, LNG, hydrogen, mining and carbon capture projects. Elyse regularly appears before regulatory tribunals and Alberta courts and has represented clients in several of the largest energy developments in Canada.
