Thomas McInerney is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s business law and energy and resources groups in Calgary, advising clients on strategic growth across power and energy sectors in Canada and internationally. His practice focuses on commercial transactions, project development, and regulatory matters in traditional and renewable-energy industries. Thomas has particular expertise in climate change and emissions legislation, emissions trading, and renewable energy projects involving solar, wind, biomass, biomethane and hydrogen.
