Katherine Barbacki
is a privacy and cybersecurity lawyer and a member of Norton Rose Fulbright’s national information governance, privacy and cybersecurity team. Her cybersecurity practice focuses on assisting clients in preparing for and responding to data breaches. She also advises clients on a number of privacy matters, including regulatory compliance with provincial, federal and international requirements. She also advises clients on provincial and federal access to information matters.
