Eileen is chair of the food and drug regulatory and IP practices, and has over 30 years’ experience in IP and food and drug regulatory law. She has worked with a range of clients on day-to-day commercial matters in the life sciences sector, including advertising and promotion campaigns, product launches, pricing issues and privacy matters. Eileen, who is also a registered patent agent in the USA and Canada, is a member of the Intellectual Property Owners Association, the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, the Food and Drug Law Institute’s Medical Devices Committee, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Licensing Executives Society, and a former member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
