About Nicole Mantini

Nicole Mantini is a partner at Torys with extensive experience in product liability and class action defence, particularly in the life sciences sector. She represents clients in numerous complex, high-profile, multi-jurisdictional class actions and mass torts involving pharmaceuticals, health and consumer products, medical devices, and agricultural products, among others. Nicole’s scientific background and patent litigation experience make her highly adept at working with technical subject matter and expert witnesses, as well as presenting scientific concepts in court. She is called to the Bar in Ontario and British Columbia and has appeared in courts at all levels nationwide, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
