Govintharasah Ramanathan is the managing director of Gurbani & Co LLC and has been a litigation and arbitration lawyer and arbitrator since 1989. He has acted as lead counsel in civil litigation and international arbitration, and occasionally as an arbitrator in insurance disputes involving marine insurance; carriage of goods by sea, air, land and freight forwarding; international trade and investments; infrastructure construction projects; shipbuilding/sales; rig construction/sales and purchase; chartering; and all types of shipping casualties.
