About Jeffrey Elkinson

Jeffrey Elkinson is a director at Conyers. His key practice areas are trust litigation and arbitration. Jeffrey is a member of the Bars of Ireland, England and Wales, Hong Kong, New South Wales, New York, Bermuda and the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. He sits as an Assistant Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda. His professional memberships and qualifications include: chairman of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Bermuda Bar; chairman of the Police Complaints Authority; Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; Chartered Arbitrator and mediator; active arbitrator and counsel in domestic and international disputes with appointments from the ICC, the LCIA and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (2012); course director and tutor for all members’ courses of the Chartered Institute; member of the IBA, the ABA and the ICCA and the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioner.
