is an associate in the corporate and commercial department at Hassans and forms part of the gaming team. Jeremy completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at City Law School, London, and later obtained the Professional Certificate of Competence in Gibraltar Law from the University of Gibraltar. He was admitted as a solicitor in Gibraltar in 2019 and is due to be admitted in England and Wales in the coming months. Jeremy often advises gaming operators on legal and regulatory matters in Gibraltar. He has also been involved in advising large groups in the gaming sector on a number of refinancing and restructuring projects.
