His expertise extends to corporate restructuring, joint venture work, M&A, franchising law and insolvency, often advising receivers and liquidators in high-profile cases. Michael regularly advises major US, Canadian and European multinationals on setting up innovative structures and operations, as well as the structuring of cross-border transactions. He was called to the English and Gibraltar Bar in 1993. Michael is a member of IFA and STEP, and speaks English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
