About Larina Kenny

Larina Kenny is a senior associate in the corporate department at Wakefield Quin. Her practice focuses on the establishment of Bermuda companies and segregated accounts companies, corporate reorganisations, regulatory compliance, and licensing matters related to financial services, investment business, investment funds, and fund management, as well as general corporate and finance transactions. Larina obtained a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies (BBLS) and a Masters in Commercial Law (LLM) from University College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2010. Larina was called to the Bermuda Bar in December 2023.
