About Leo Shaw

Leo Shaw is senior counsel in the Corporate departments at Wakefield Quin (WQ). His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate, finance and commercial matters. Leo is a member of the ILS Bermuda steering committee. Prior to joining WQ, Leo practised with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. He also gained international experience at Sidley Austin in Singapore and Pinsent Masons in London. Leo holds an MA in History and Politics from the University of Edinburgh and an LLB from the College of Law. Leo was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (2013) and is a registered associate in Bermuda (2025).
