Kevin McCavish has over 20 years’ experience advising on employment law issues and heads Shoosmiths' London Employment Team and its International Employment Group. Ranked Tier 1 in Chambers, Kevin’s practice focuses on resolving employee relations issues, litigation disputes (often complex or with reputational repercussions), transactional support and senior executive hires/exits. He supports international clients on establishing UK operations, managing employee relations, global restructurings and establishing global advice helplines. His clients are diverse and internationally focused, including start-ups, banks/hedge funds, manufacturers and construction firms.
