is the Local Practice Group Head of Mourant Ozannes' International Trusts and Private Client practice in Guernsey. His main focus is providing Guernsey law advice on wealth structuring and asset protection through trusts and other vehicles to trust companies, international families and high-net-worth individuals; he also advises on all Guernsey law aspects of international pension schemes, employee benefit trusts and share option schemes for multinational corporations. Matthew is on the committee of the STEP Guernsey branch – one of the largest and most active STEP branches in the world – and is a member of the Guernsey Association of Trustees (GAT) technical sub-committee. He presents at well regarded conferences around the world, and is a frequent speaker at seminars in Guernsey.
