About Andrew Baskin

Andrew Baskin is a partner in ArentFox Schiff’s Complex Litigation group based in Washington, DC. His practice focuses on trade secrets, restrictive covenants, employment, and labour relations. Andrew was a member of the trial team representing CACI, Inc., prosecuting claims and securing injunctive relief in federal litigation involving competitive procurements valued at more than USD500 million. He has considerable experience advocating on behalf of employers in state and federal court, during collective bargaining, and at arbitration. Andrew also offers counsel before administrative agencies and conducts internal investigations involving discrimination and harassment claims.
