represents sovereign states in investment arbitrations and commercial clients in arbitrations administered by the ICC and the AAA/ICDR. As an associate of the firm in Washington, DC, she also has experience in domestic litigation and maintains an active pro bono practice. While at law school, Caroline interned at the Office of International Affairs within the criminal division of the US Department of Justice. After graduating magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, she was elected to the Order of the Coif.
