About Chad Theriot

Chad Theriot is a partner at Jones Walker LLP and co-leader of the firm’s construction industry team. Chad advises domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of construction activities. He represents owners, commercial and government contractors, major subcontractors and original equipment manufacturers in contract negotiation, construction litigation and claims avoidance. Chad currently represents US, UK, Austrian, German, South African and Saudi Arabian companies spanning the globe in energy, airports, aviation, defence and industrial construction projects. He has negotiated multiple billion-dollar construction contracts and has practised before the ICC, LCIA, AAA and various state and federal courts.
