About Bradley Sands

Bradley Sands is an associate on Jones Walker LLP’s Construction Industry Team. He focuses on construction litigation and contract drafting, review and negotiation. Brad has successfully represented owners, general contractors and major subcontractors alike in a wide range of projects. He has also maintained his professional engineering licence and draws from his diverse construction experience when providing legal counsel. Prior to law school, Brad worked as a civil engineer in the railroad industry. He had integral leadership roles as a project manager and engineer-of-record for many large-scale intermodal and oil and gas facilities. His engineering and construction work extended from Florida to New York, and this background makes him a valuable team member.
