About Jane Heidingsfelder

Jane Heidingsfelder is a partner in Jones Walker LLP’s labor and employment practice group, with extensive experience representing clients in a wide array of industries before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Mine Safety and Health Administration and the Chemical Safety Board. Jane advises companies through on-site safety and health investigations, as well as in subsequent litigation with the Department of Labor. She has defended clients in a number of jurisdictions throughout the USA in state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies.
