About Parker Hufft

Parker Hufft is an associate in Jones Walker LLP’s corporate practice group focusing on commercial real estate transactions. He advises clients on acquisitions, development, leasing, financing and disposition of real estate, with experience in industrial and mixed-use projects. Parker drafts and negotiates leases, servitude agreements, options, and loan and security documents, and counsels clients on title, survey, land use and zoning matters. He earned his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. At Tulane, he was managing editor of the Tulane Law Review. He holds a BSc in Accounting and a Master’s of accountancy from Louisiana State University.
