About Tiffany Raush

Tiffany Raush is a partner on Jones Walker LLP’s Construction Industry Team. Tiffany counsels construction clients in the heavy industrial, civil and energy industries, with an emphasis on disputes involving major infrastructure and industrial construction projects. She represents energy and industrial/manufacturing companies, EPC contractors, design professionals, general contractors and subcontractors in contract negotiations and a broad range of multimillion-dollar, time-sensitive matters involving delays, scope increases and change orders, non-payment, bid protests and design defects, among other issues. Tiffany is managing editor for the Construction Law Update, an annual update on emerging construction issues, and a regular contributor to other publications focused on construction law.
