About Mohamed Taha

Mohamed Taha focuses on equity and debt capital markets, liability management transactions, M&A and general corporate practice. He regularly advises issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders on primary and secondary equity offerings. He also advises sovereign, strategic and financial investors on M&A transactions. Mohamed joined Cleary Gottlieb in December 2014 and became a partner in 2025. He was based in the firm’s London office between 2014 and 2022 before relocating to the Abu Dhabi office. Mohamed is also a co-founder of 10BE5 Ltd, a legal tech start-up that develops capital markets-focused software solutions in collaboration with Cleary Gottlieb.
