About Roger Cooper

Roger Cooper is the co-coordinator for Cleary’s civil litigation group, and he leads the US securities and shareholder litigation practice. He is a globally recognised leader in the field of securities litigation, having successfully litigated many dozens of shareholder, class action and derivative actions arising out of securities, M&A, corporate governance, and other commercial disputes, and regularly represents companies, boards and special committees. Roger is currently a member of the board and audit committee of the New York Legal Aid Society.
