Christopher K Fargo is a partner in Cravath’s tax department, where he represents clients in connection with the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, securities offerings and joint ventures. He has advised on matters across a broad range of industries, including media and entertainment, consumer products, retail, telecommunications, transportation, energy, healthcare, and blockchain and financial technology (fintech). Mr Fargo is a member of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association.
