About Ellen H. Park

Ellen H. Park is of counsel in Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP’s corporate department. She focuses her practice primarily on representing clients in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defence and corporate governance and disclosure matters. Ms Park dedicates a significant portion of her practice to advising venture capital-backed companies, as well as founders and investors, in a wide range of corporate matters, including pre-IPO financing rounds, company structuring, shareholder arrangements and IPOs and other initial public listing transactions.
