About Nicholas A Dorsey

Nicholas A Dorsey is a partner in Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP’s corporate department, where he dedicates a significant portion of his practice to advising start-up, early-stage and founder-led companies and represents venture capital firms, corporate venture capital departments and angel investors in investments of all sizes. Nicholas is a frequent speaker and author who has served as Contributing Editor of multiple editions of Chambers and Partners’ Acquisition Finance Guide and authored chapters on the US acquisition finance market. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and serves as the North American Regional Forum Liaison Officer at the IBA’s Closely Held Companies Committee.
