About Virginia M. Anderson

Virginia M. Anderson is of counsel in Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP’s corporate department. She is a member of the firm’s venture capital & growth equity practice, where she frequently represents venture capital-backed companies and investors, as well as other growth-stage companies and investors, in financing transactions and other matters throughout their life cycles. Her practice includes representing companies on initial public offerings (IPO) and advising them on IPO readiness. Ms Anderson also regularly represents founders and special committees on various matters. She has previously co-authored the US Law and Practice chapter of Chambers and Partners’ Venture Capital Guide.
