About Virginia M Anderson

Virginia M Anderson is of counsel in Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP’s corporate department. Her practice is primarily dedicated to advising emerging and founder-led companies on matters throughout their life cycles, including start-up formation and structuring, early-stage and late-stage financings, and complex shareholder arrangements. She also represents investors at every funding stage and regularly advises founders and special committees on various matters. Additionally, Virginia regularly counsels companies, investors and founders on potential monetisation strategies, and represents her clients in exit transactions (including through IPO, merger and sale).
