About Kailash Gupta

Kailash Gupta is a counsel in Davis Polk’s infrastructure finance practice. He regularly represents financial institutions, sponsors, developers, private equity funds, private credit funds and other investors and market participants in connection with all phases of development and financing of projects in the energy, power and infrastructure sectors, including traditional power generation, renewables, midstream, LNG, battery storage, battery and semiconductor manufacturing plants, fibre-optic networks and other infrastructure projects. He regularly advises on commercial loans, syndicated loans, private placements, direct lending, joint-venture agreements and other M&A arrangements.
