About Alexander Sisto

Alexander Sisto helps clients proactively comply with US state, federal and international privacy regulations by drafting privacy policies and agreements as well as international data transfer mechanisms. Alex advises clients on AI governance issues, including engaging with regulators regarding rapidly developing US and international AI regulations. Alex also helps prepare for and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including data breaches, by managing post-breach investigations and advising on US and international reporting obligations. Alex has been practising for nearly a decade, and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
