Andrew Gershon is a corporate partner at Debevoise & Plimpton and a member of the firm’s investment management group and private fund transactions group. His practice primarily focuses on the representation of clients in connection with secondary transactions, including traditional acquisitions and dispositions of fund interests, leveraged and syndicated acquisitions, secondary direct transactions, fund recapitalisations and restructurings, tender offers and co-investment opportunities. In addition, he regularly represents clients in connection with their primary investments.
