About Ali Nierenberg

Ali Nierenberg is a partner in the investment management group. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies, including buyout, infrastructure and real estate. Ali’s recent work includes advising Global Infrastructure Partners on the formation of several funds, including a USD22 billion global infrastructure fund, and advising Bain Capital, EIG, Breakthrough Properties, Oak HC/FT and Leeds Equity Partners on fund formations and recapitalisations.
