About Jeffrey E Ross

Jeffrey E Ross is chair of the finance group and a member of the private equity group and Special Situations team at Debevoise & Plimpton. His practice focuses on representing private equity firms, their portfolio companies, corporate clients and debt investors in a broad range of complex financing transactions. Mr Ross is ranked in the top tier for banking and finance by Chambers. He publishes frequently on legal matters related to finance topics. He is co-chair for PLI’s Leveraged Financing and Private Equity Acquisition Financing Summit programmes. Mr Ross joined the firm in 2005 and became a partner in 2010.
