Shannon Rose Selden
leads the firm’s asset management litigation practice and is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and private equity groups. She has a broad practice representing private equity and hedge fund clients, as plaintiffs and defendants, in complex, high-stakes litigation, and has significant experience as lead counsel in state and federal courts in the full range of matters affecting asset management firms. Shannon is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Law and Economic Justice. She is frequently interviewed and featured in industry publications, and is a regular contributing author of the Debevoise & Plimpton Private Equity Report.
