About Tricia Sherno

Tricia Sherno is a member of Debevoise & Plimpton's litigation department and helps lead the people solutions group, concentrating in employment and general commercial litigation and sensitive investigations. Ms Sherno counsels employers on navigating sensitive personnel matters, such as reductions in force, terminations and internal investigations of alleged employee misconduct, including sexual harassment. She has extensive experience helping employers, across a broad range of industries, to comply with federal, state and local employment laws.
