Vadim Avdeychik is a partner based in the New York office and is a member of the firm’s investment management group. His practice focuses on advising on the structuring, launch and management of registered fund products and other products designed for high net worth and retail investors. Vadim also has deep experience advising fund sponsors and fund boards of directors on complex fund regulatory issues, investment company status issues, fund governance and complex asset management M&A transactions involving the purchase and sale of advisory businesses, joint ventures and strategic investments.
