Arnaud Barchman Wuytiers van Vliet is a partner and avocat à la cour at AKD’s Luxembourg office, where he co-heads the banking and finance practice. He advises multinational clients, including banks, private equity houses, public and private corporations, on complex financing transactions across secured lending, high-yield debt issuances, securitisations, debt capital markets and financial regulatory and listing-related matters. With extensive experience in both capital markets and banking-related mandates, Arnaud regularly structures and negotiates cross-border debt financings and securitisation transactions, and assists issuers and investors on securities law and disclosure obligations. He is involved in the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association and has co-authored numerous key legal guides on finance, debt capital markets and securitisation in Luxembourg, contributing to thought leadership in one of Europe’s most active financial centres.
