About Iordanis Arvanitidis

Iordanis Arvanitidis is a banking and finance associate at AKD’s Luxembourg office. He is a Luxembourg and Greece-qualified lawyer advising private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on cross-border financing transactions, with strong experience in complex private equity-backed leveraged, fund and sponsor finance transactions. His practice spans a broad range of financing matters, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, capital markets and structured finance, across sectors such as private equity, private credit and real estate. He is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA), and regularly contributes to legal publications and guides in the fields of finance and capital markets.
