About Casper Nagtegaal

Casper Nagtegaal represents De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek’s clients in complex business transactions and advises them on general corporate and governance matters. A substantial part of his practice focuses on governance-related topics, including the role and responsibilities of boards with regard to sustainability topics, application of the Corporate Governance Code, preparing for shareholder meetings and financial and non-financial disclosures. Casper is a fellow of the Radboud Business Law Institute and lectures in corporate law at Radboud University. He co-authored the leading commentary on the Dutch Corporate Governance Code and regularly publishes in his area of expertise.
