About Hylke ten Bruggencate

Hylke ten Bruggencate is a senior associate in De Brauw’s litigation and arbitration department, advising and representing Dutch and international clients in large-scale disputes. His areas of expertise include post-M&A and contractual disputes, corporate litigation before the Dutch Enterprise Chamber, corporate law, and sustainability. Before joining the litigation practice group, Hylke worked in De Brauw’s corporate practice group, advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions.
