Hylke ten Bruggencate
is a senior associate in De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek’s litigation and arbitration department, where he advises and represents Dutch and international clients in large-scale disputes. His areas of expertise include post-M&A and contractual disputes, corporate litigation before the Dutch Enterprise Chamber, corporate law, and sustainability. Before joining the litigation practice group, Hylke worked in De Brauw’s corporate practice group, advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions.
