About Michelle Massart

Michelle Massart has a broad litigation practice, with a particular focus on corporate litigation and commercial disputes. Michelle's expertise includes disputes relating to joint ventures, collaboration agreements and M&A transactions. Michelle has represented a wide range of Dutch and international clients in legal proceedings before the Dutch courts, including before the Enterprise Chamber in Amsterdam, on complex contractual matters. Michelle also has extensive experience in arbitral proceedings under the rules of arbitration institutions such as the ICC and NAI. In addition, she has been involved in a number of setting-aside proceedings in relation to arbitral awards, as well as recourse and enforcement proceedings.
