About Aniek Schnitzeler

Aniek Schnitzeler is an associate at Stibbe and specialises in international and domestic tax law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate reorganisations. She advises a wide range of clients on complex cross-border tax matters, including tax controversy. Aniek obtained a master’s degree in Dutch Tax Law at Leiden University and a master’s degree in European Competition Law and Regulation from the University of Amsterdam. Prior to joining Stibbe, she gained experience as a law clerk at the Court of Appeal.
