About Bart van Noordenne

Bart van Noordenne is a junior associate at Stibbe. Bart specialises in Dutch and international tax law, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity transactions and corporate reorganisations. Bart holds Master’s Degrees from Utrecht University (Dutch corporate law (LLM 2021)) and the University of Amsterdam (International and European Tax Law (LLM 2022)). He is a prospective member of the Dutch Bar Association.
