About Branda Katan

Branda Katan specialises in international litigation at Stibbe. Her fields of work include collective actions and complex contractual disputes, often with cross-border or regulatory aspects. Branda has acted in a broad spectrum of cases involving ESG-related matters, industrial accidents and consumer rights for clients in manufacturing, mining, tech, aviation and many other fields. She is Professor by Special Appointment for the Corporate Litigation chair at Leiden University.
