About Heleen Kersten

Heleen Kersten has expertise and experience in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, corporate law, corporate governance and ESG/sustainability. She acts on behalf of leading domestic and international clients, both listed and privately held. From 2008 to 2013, Heleen held the position of managing partner of Stibbe in Amsterdam while remaining active in her specialist areas. Heleen practised at Stibbe from 1989 to 1992 before joining Davis Polk in New York and later moving to Davis Polk’s London office. She returned to Stibbe Amsterdam in 1994 and has practised there ever since.
