About Jet Rutgers

Jet Rutgers is a senior staff associate and a senior professional support lawyer at Stibbe, specialising in corporate and M&A. She is responsible for the know-how management and legal support within the corporate and M&A practice group. Jet has a master's degree in both Civil Law and Notarial Law, both from the University of Groningen; she also holds an LLM in Business Law from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London. Jet publishes and is regularly involved in publications on corporate law.
